Jordan and his team were super friendly and professional with the sale of my old home. He was referred to me by one of my friends and I thought it wouldn’t hurt just to meet him I even had other Relators lined up if I didn’t like him. At first meet he came in super prepared I’m not even sure what I thought was gonna happen but he had all of the information on my house my neighborhood and a strategy for the best way to sell my house all before even having me as a client he definitely put a lot of work into the presentation. He introduced me to his team and even a Morgatge broker for buying my next house. I decided to go with him and it was a great decision. Jordan knew the best way to list my house what buyers were looking for and honestly has one of the best photographers, my house looked amazing on Zillow and other platforms, I almost wanted to buy it again. 5351 Tulip hill Ave 89141 (check it out for yourself if you don’t believe me) My house sold very quickly and we got our asking price after a lot of haggling which in these times is hard to do. If you are looking for a Relator to sell your house or are looking to buy I think you should definitely use Jordan Dove and associates at least meet with them and see if they are the right fit for you and your family you won’t be disappointed..

Jordan and his team were very professional and involved with the purchase of my fiancé and I’s first home together. I was a bit nervous as I have never owned a home before but Jordan made the process very easy and answered any questions we had along the way. We originally chose 20 houses to look at the first day (very overwhelming I know) but he came prepared with access and details of every home we chose. He spent the entire afternoon showing all 20 houses with a positive attitude until we decided on one we really loved. Well, my husband pretty much said it all however, I wanted to say a few words. When I first met Jordan Dove, he was attempting to put his open house signs in our caliche which made me smile. They say listen to your inner feelings and that is when I decided since we would be needing a real estate agent I need to stop and chat with him. I also knew this was going to be our agent. Everything has been finalized for several weeks now but he contacted us, sent us the final paper work for our files, and came to see our new place. I now have some business cards that are in my wallet and when someone asks for a recommendation, Jordan's business card will be the only card given to them. We decided to purchase a house in Las Vegas, while we were residing in another state. So we had to trust Jordan to inspect the houses on our behalf. He is very honest, and he did the best that he could in order to make sure we were informed on the condition of the house and so forth. He took pictures and videos of the houses we wanted him to inspect on our behalf and he sent it to us with informative explanations. It helped us make our decision confidently. The process can become a bit complicated especially if you are out of state. In our case the escrow company, that the sellers had chose, were very incompetent to the point that they lost our down payment on three separate occasions and told us we can't locate the money you deposited. Jordan took care of the problems with the escrow company and we ended up having a very smooth experience. He informed me of every step of the process and set up things such as mobile notary and so forth. We also got a nice discount on the house. I recommend Jordan to my own family members, and I will definitely contact him for my next purchase.
